Neeva Wernsman Young

Neeva joined the Bailey Lab in 2021 after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with degrees in Biology and Computer Science. She has driven large scale genomic surveillance of malaria resistance in Rwanda. She can be found making lab memes, sharing her snacks, and often following other Bailey Lab members on bike rides.
