Early distribution of artemisinin partial resistance mutation kelch13 561H

Our article Kirby et al just published in OFID . Our lab with collaborators at INES Ruhengeri and Rwandan national labs revisited samples from 2014 Demographic Health Survey to examine the early prevalence of the first detect resistance mutation in Rwanda. This work helps provide better initial data for modeling and suggests it was more widespread than previously known.
