Our work making rainbows with the Greenhouse lab demonstrates the utility of diverse microhaplotypes from amplicons for more powerfully addressing questions in malaria gen-epi (e.g. determining transmission, population differentiation and complexity of infection). Kudos to Sofonias and Nick.
