Merci's paper

Merci's paper looking at miRNA levels and expression across cancers yield the suprising result of elevation in AML being correlated with survival (as pictured). We hypothesize that the measure is actually secondary to loss of immune control of EBV and thus a measure of "immune system function." Interestingly, in futher modeling we show it is an independent predictor of survival apart from common clincial and molecular metrics.
