Single-cell RNAseq reveals LCL heterogeneity

Collaborative work with the Luftig lab at Duke of 10X Single Cell RNA-seq on LCLs. Just out in eLife longstanding work finally wrapped up demonstrating heterogeneity in terms of multiple transcriptional measures which should provide substantial fodder for further dissecting B cell and EBV viral biology.
