Robin Miller's paper using AMA1 to probe population structure in the DRC entitled "A deep sequencing approach to estimate Plasmodium falciparum complexity of infection (COI) and explore apical membrane antigen 1 diversity." is out in collaboration with her mentor Ann Stewart at USUHS as well as Steve Meshnick and Jon Juliano at UNC.
