SeekDeep published in Nucleic Acids Research

SeekDeep has traversed the peer review process and is now published at NAR: https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkx1201 . The paper demonstrates its ability to cluster at single base resolution accurately discerning low abundance sequences even with low amounts of input reads. We now have something everyone can cite instead of the proverbial Hathway, unpublished.
