BIB Program Pilot Projects

Both Mercedeh and Oz were awarded pilot funds to pursue potentially innovative computational and experimental techniques to foster cross-lab collaborations. Mercedeh will be aiming to help develop targeted microRNA sequencing at the single cell level in collaboration with the Garber lab. And, Ozkan will be aiming to build multiplex pathogen detection with molecular inversion probes (MIPs) in collaboration with the Karlsson lab.
