Impacts on RTSS R01 funded

We just received the official notice of award from the NIH for our R01 entitled "Impacts". This grant will provide a comprehensive anlaysis of the factors that may impact the RTSS grant by revisiting phase 3 trial participants and integrating human genetics, parasite genetics, ecologic and environmental factors. The grant's principal investigators are Jeff Bailey and Mike Emch. With co-investigators including Kwaku Poku Asante (Kintampo Ghana), Anita Ghansah (Noguchi), Portia Kamathuzia (Project Malawi), Selidji Agnandji Todagbe (CERMEL, Gabon) Michael Hudgens (UNC), and Jon Juliano (UNC). All are excited to be embarking on this project.
